Emotional Sadness

For a very long time, I have struggled with emotional sadness from time to time. Doctors have told me that I have mild depression. I’m not 100% sure any more if they are correct. I am on medication to help me with this, and I’ve seen what happens if I go off of it. Not pretty… However, I still have days when I’m overwhelmed with emotional sadness regardless of the meds. I’m starting to look at the spiritual battle as a possible reason for these days. The reason for this is that when I am down, I feel pushed down.…

Since I was a child, I have always been fascinated by light. I recall being mesmerized by the way the light shone through the window, illuminating the air and revealing the dust particles floating within it. Light is a remarkable creation of God – it is the fastest thing ever created, traveling at a stunning speed of 186,000 miles per SECOND! It’s hard to fathom just how fast that is.
